  1. Place almonds, flax meal, shredded coconut, whey powder, almond butter and salt in a bowl …
  2. Pause briefly, about 10 seconds. In small sauce pan, melt coconut oil over very low heat.
  3. Remove coconut oil from stove; stir stevia and vanilla into oil
  4. Add coconut oil mixture to food processor and pulse until ingredients form a coarse paste.
  5. Press mixture into an 8×8 glass baking dish. (parchment liner helps later removal)
  6. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour, until mixture hardens.
  7. In double boiler, melt chocolate, stirring in stevia and cinnamon.
  8. Spread melted chocolate over bars
  9. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes, until chocolate hardens
  10. Remove, cut, serve.
