Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- Bowl #1
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp stevia
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- Bowl #2
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp coco powder
- 2 tsp stevia
Instructions
Mix contents of Bowl #1 until creamy. Pour into either mini-cupcake mold or small glass pan. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Mix contents of Bowl #2 thoroughly. Once the contents of Bowl #1 have stiffened, pour Bowl #2 over the top. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
