Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- pinch of salt
- 3 cups oats
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 6 tbsp (3/8 cup) chia seeds
Directions
Bring water and salt to a boil.
Cook oats for 6 minutes on low boil, try to avoid them getting foamy.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 3 more minutes.
