Almond Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketone Powder in chocolate sea salt
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) almond butter
- 1⁄2 cup berries, fresh or frozen (no sugar added if frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon non-sugar sweetener
Optional
Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in the coconut milk for at least 20 minutes prior to making the smoothy.
