Almond Butter Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketone Powder in chocolate sea salt
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) almond butter
  • 1⁄2 cup berries, fresh or frozen (no sugar added if frozen)
  • 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon non-sugar sweetener

Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in the coconut milk for at least 20 minutes prior to making the smoothy.

  1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
