Ingredients
- 2“ fresh ginger root
- 1 large leek
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups chicken broth or miso soup
Directions
Thinly slice ginger, leek, and garlic.
Bring all ingredients to a boil in soup pot, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
Strain the mixture and keep the liquid.
